Foundation Programme Semester 1

  Before this, I applied Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL). And I got the offer for doing Guidance Education. Finally, I’d accepted the offer. My mother spurred me to accept this offer. She wished I would have an assured job in future. So, there is no harm for me to accept this as there are lots of advantages in this offer. Finally, I decided to accept the offer with the wishes from many people.

   This institute is located in Kuala Lipis, Pahang. Lots of people claimed that, this place is a typical dead-town with no proper development and good infrastructures. But then, to me, all these are not the paramount things that I would consider. I prefer to have a conducive place. The air here is fresh and chilly. The scenery is picturesque. I like this place so much.

   I live with a guy from Sibu, Sarawak. He is doing Mandarin course. He is a nice and considerate guy. He knows how to respect people well. He is indeed a good person. What he impressed me is that, he is an extremely happy-go-lucky boy.

  I met many friends here. They are nice. They treat me in a very good way. I love them so much ! WOOTS! They impressed me in different ways. Everyone is very special in my eyes. They have their own strengths, and weaknesses (for sure).

  I learnt many new things here. And hopefully I will be able to learn more in the coming semesters ! And I wish everything will be good and fine !

12 November is my birthday.

In this year, year 2011

my birthday was much different.

When the clock pointed 12am, calendar showed 12 November 2011,

6 guys - Jasper, Arnold, Samson, Matthew, Kwang Yiing, Qi Yi, came into my room.

I was totally shocked and flabbergasted.

They wished me "Happy Birthday" and presented me a simple-yet-so-meaningful birthday card.

Even though, there was no birthday cake nor expensive gift. I felt very contented and happy.

This year was utterly different as last times.

I appreciate what they did in my birthday. Thanks a lot.

Jolin Tsai is one of the female singers who influenced my life's perspective.

She is a diva, a singer, a writer, a fashion designer and, of course, a dancer.

I admire her spirit and what she holds in her life and career as well.

Great determination and perseverance

She was not good in dancing. 

Now, she has been hailed as a dancing diva and the most successful female singer in Asia.

She accepted challenges in life. Faced ordeals and hardships.

She learnt pole dance, gymnastics, aerial silk and even ballet - in only 3 months !

These are what other artists could not do.

This is what I always tend to learn.
